High-purity valves from GEMÜ have been specifically designed and developed for process equipment, ultra pure chemical supply systems, ultra pure water treatment plant and ultra pure water distribution installations in the semiconductor field. They are today produced under the strictest cleanroom conditions at our manufacturing site in Switzerland. Alongside the diaphragm valves in the CleanStar and PurePlus ranges, further pipework components are also available: Pressure measurement devices, flowmeter, fittings and tubes. The GEMÜ iComLine diaphragm globe valve is also available specifically for dosing applications and for use as a multi-functional unit.
