Prompt procurement is an important criterion for many customers. To improve on this, numerous assembly and dispatch processes have been reviewed at GEMÜ.

The state-of-the-art new building at the third German location stands for full process integration – from raw materials purchasing, all the way through to delivery to end users. Order-specific manufacturing, final assembly and inspection of the components and systems are now all performed at a single location and have been optimized accordingly.

Merging the flow of goods at a central European logistics centre has also optimized the availability of products on a global basis. This is set to be expanded further by setting up a central distribution centre for each continent.
